All of our pizzas are made with 100% imported Italian flour, sea salt, and extra virgin olive oil—never bleached, never bromated, and free from additives. Our dough is crafted with high hydration (85–90%) and slow-fermented for 48–72 hours for maximum flavor, texture, and digestibility.

At Florenza, we only serve true Italian salumi, sourced directly from Italy and crafted without artificial preservatives or added nitrates. Our meats come from two of Italy’s most respected producers — Rovagnati and Golfera — known for centuries-old methods, slow curing, and uncompromising quality
